Is there a way to remove my old 3rd google play link from iOS device?

What do you mean by 3rd? Are you referring to the 3rd link e-mail address? If so, you can only change it via the in-game settings but you will not be able to remove it. Or if you are referring to Google Play Games account that is linked to your game account, you will have to access the game via an android device to be able to see it, then press unlink.
