If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
@Quendi i used the file claim many times and there's no response from the admins,
its offline ban and i wasnt cheating my account cost 4000$ why would i use cheats lol
atleast make it temp ban not perm
