Chunks just completely transparent
Basically, the chunks don't seem to be rendering anything in them. The black chunks in the back I believe are related to Starlight, so I'll have to remove that mod (hopefully no mod requires that as a required dependency ._.), but I don't know what the cause of the clear chunks could be?

This is my own custom modpack, so I'm trying to iron out all the issues I'm encountering.
DH 2.2 fixes the black chunks, so you'll only have to update/regenerate the affected LODs after updating to 2.2, you don't have to delete Starlight
Does placing/breaking a block in the empty chunk fix the issue?
I wanted to make shaders compatible, which I can't since there's no version 1.7.4 of Iris on 1.20.1 sadly. Might have to sacrifice shaders for better sights for now sadly D:
Theres an Iris 1.8 Alpha for 1.20.1
Haven't tried yet. Let me go back on the world. Testing in a regular world rn
Oh wait, it still has the bug of having DH 2.2 accidentally set as incompatible, even though its compatible
You could either use the alpha and add a dependency override or just wait
can't I just remove that?
Yea, you can also just remove Iris
yeah I remember doing that for Sodium and Nvidium
for now let me upgrade distant horizons
gonna have to remove Iris for now since I can't seem to download alpha versions from CF app
The Iris 1.20.1 alpha version hasn't been released yet
hm.. for now I'm going to disable Distant Horizons and return to including it in my modpack once I can figure some other things out
