I have been playing for almost 5 years and my account is nearly at level 86. I played the game at night, logged off, and discovered the ban the next morning with no reason given. I was also banned for 10 years on the same account in 2022, but after reporting it, the ban was lifted.
I am hoping someone can review my account and lift the current ban, as I believe it was wrongfully suspended. I am a legitimate player with no cheating, and I can provide a diagnosis report if needed.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
