I have been playing for almost 5 years and my account is nearly at level 86. I played the game at night, logged off, and discovered the ban the next morning with no reason given. I was also banned for 10 years on the same account in 2022, but after reporting it, the ban was lifted.
I am hoping someone can review my account and lift the current ban, as I believe it was wrongfully suspended. I am a legitimate player with no cheating, and I can provide a diagnosis report if needed.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
you are using emulator/ game loop
probably using hacks also outside of that emulator as most players that use emulators.. next time play from real device

Bro, I’ve been playing on the same account with the same name and clan for 5 years. I play on the Middle East server, and almost every clan knows us. We play legitimately and don’t cheat. If you need any proof, come on vc.

The lobbies for emulators and mobile devices are not the same. If you’re playing on an emulator, only other emulator players will be in your lobby, not mobile players.

so if 1000 people report you this does not mean you get ban.. something triggered that ban especially if you got 10 years
my account is almost 7 years.. I never team up with hackers, I only keep 10 people in my friends list that I know 100% do not use hacks etc .. and I never play on emulators, only via phone or iPad.. I never had issue

I have never been banned before, not even for a single day. The previous 10-year ban was wrongful and was subsequently lifted. I am hopeful that this ban will also be lifted.
