UC not Transferred but money deducted

I just ordered 1500 UC in my PUBG mobile Account (5236945713) through MidasBuy , the money was deducted from my bank account but UC was not transferred, I have all the proof and screenshots to prove myself, i also reported on Midasbuy customer service but they have not responded yet, please help me fix it ASAP

Hello, @...........! In some cases, there will be a delay before you receive the purchased items in your account. If you do not receive the purchased UC in a reasonable time period, usually within 12-24 hours, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance. You can contact the customer service through your Account settings using the Customer Service option located at the bottom.
