My account was banned for no reason and I don't know. I was playing and suddenly I was banned.

Please note that the game accounts are banned only for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
If you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking on the
File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box.
