Billing issue when adding a site to a free account
You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each "Unpaid" invoice your Billing page and click the "Pay online" link within each invoice to fix your account (Code:1323)

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

Thank you for your attention. I created a support request. Answered. I received an email stating that I must respond within 24 hours. But I can't see where my support requests are.
support requests are on support.cloudflare.com (login and click my requests or simiilar in the corner)
but you can always reply to emails, via email

But I am using a free account. I think the previous owner of the domain used it for a fee and did not pay.
