before sodium stable 0.6, i will use embeddium
I can tell you that it's already stable.
I use it in my modpack, which also includes Connector (to run Fabric mods on NeoForge), and even Fabric mods like Chunks Fade In or Nvidium work with NeoForge Sodium Beta. And among NeoForge mods, I also didn't notice any that would run with Embeddium but wouldn't run with Sodium.

you won't have nolijium gui in sodium graphic settings, but in embeddium you have
also same with zume mod
the author of that mod also has explicitly said they won't make it work with Sodium, and they are a contributor to Embeddium...
actually, I think they were saying that they were afraid we'd sue them or something? I don't know, they've gone off the deep end.
nolij think that sodium doesn't update after 0.5.8 and abandoned
