Fix App Folder Structure

I'm using Nuxt UI Pro and began working on a new project with the SaaS Template a few months ago. I can't recall why I moved all the folders components, layouts, pages.. including App.vue from inside of /App into the Root. Today when trying to restore my project back to the original folder structure. I'm presented with the Nuxt Welcome Screen which prompts you to replace your App.vue. Although this Nuxt Welcome template no longer exists as I have my own custom App.vue which now won't render under the original folder structure. Is there a config or something i'm missing to restore this setup?
