Ban 10 years no reason, use emulator gameloop

when i playing with gameloop and playing event in pubgm, Then I dived down and opened the shell to take the weapon and then was banned for 10 years and i only have moments when playing the account if want more proof, I record at the beginning of every time I log in using a second account to see my gameplay on the emulator

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

the only way is to file a claim but the objecting party cannot provide more evidence and files again

If it is declined and you're not satisfied with the results, you have the option to submit a support request through the aforementioned support subreddit and wait patiently for a response from Tencent.
