Ban 10 years no reason, use emulator gameloop
when i playing with gameloop and playing event in pubgm, Then I dived down and opened the shell to take the weapon and then was banned for 10 years
and i only have moments when playing the account
if want more proof, I record at the beginning of every time I log in using a second account to see my gameplay on the emulator

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

the only way is to file a claim but the objecting party cannot provide more evidence and files again
Use the File Claim option. If it is declined and you're not satisfied with the results, you have the option to submit a support request through the aforementioned support subreddit and wait patiently for a response from Tencent.
