Distant Chunks are shown cut off or not fully loaded.
Is there a reason this is happening? Does the chunk need to be loaded first? Sometimes I have to walk up really close to the chunk before it finally goes away. I have chunky on my server should I try running that? Not sure why it looks like this but any help is appreciated.

Those seems like holes caused by
/chunky
Chunky is known to cause LODs to turn into swiss cheese and bloat up world size, as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
We recommend you enable "Distant Generation" in Distant Horizons' settings and wait.
If you actually want to pre-generate vanilla chunks along with LOD data, disable Distant Horizons, wait for chunky to finish, then re-enable Distant Horizons.
Okay thanks guys.
Yea the distant generation was already on. I also did let /chunky run and it say sit loaded the world but I still got this after just walking for a bit.

Also DH doesn't need to be in the server mods folder correct?
You're on a server?

Yes
Well that explains. Distant Horizons currently only have limited multiplayer support, that is only explored chunks will have LODs generated.
If you own the server or able to contact the server owner, try exploring #Server-side support for a more throughout server support.
