Server lagging and idk why :/

contact your host
people will have worse ping if they are further away
also check with plugins that use packets/do things on the netty threads
e.g. any plugin that uses protocollib or packetevents
try removing or disabling them and seeing if the issue persists as some plugin could be doing something that is blocking the netty thread causing a delay
