Maintenance Bunker B, Laptop room where there is a 3D printer, with loads of crossbow and Carbonfiber arrows, 3 batteries, 3 - 7 wire (depending the 2 lootbox gives 2 wires each box) 3 bulbs and a bed next to the 3D printer to get the bulbs a lot assuming you set the loot to respawn in custom mode
