Prepaid Subscription link not working.

Hi I am trying to sign up for the Hobby Plan here: https://railway.app/account/upgrade and when I click on the link at the bottom that says, "Looking for a prepaid subscription?" nothing happens. I just don't want to accidentally get into a useage based subscription, but it looks like that link is the only way to sign up for a prepaid plan. Is there another way to set my account up for a prepaid plan only?
