Request for Assistance with PUBG Mobile Account Ban After UC Refund
Recently, my younger brother used my device to purchase UC (in-game currency) in PUBG Mobile without my permission. Upon discovering this, I promptly requested a refund through the Apple App Store. The refund was processed, but unfortunately, this has resulted in my PUBG Mobile account being banned.
I understand that the refund may have violated the game’s terms of service, leading to the ban. However, I assure you that this was an unintentional mistake, and I had no intention of abusing the refund system.
I kindly request your help in contacting PUBG Mobile on my behalf to explain the situation and to assist in getting my account unbanned. I am more than willing to resolve this issue, including repurchasing the UC if necessary, to reinstate my account.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
