failed recovery

Dear PUBGM, this is the 7th or so time I’ve contacted costumer service in regards to recovering my PUBGM account, the problem I have is that I can’t go through secondary verification due to me not having access to the phone number which is linked to my PUBGM account, I’ve answered all your questions to the best of my abilities but just due to amount of time I’ve been inactive for (some 14 months) some of the questions I couldn’t answer properly like for example “what map have you played the most in the last 6 months?” I can’t answer this type of questions because I’ve been inactive far longer than that time period and I’ve explained this to costumer service countless times, every time they just the same thing, as if they are bots without comprehending the actual problem. I have all the proof, all the receipts EVERYTHING to prove this account is mine. I know this account is mine but PUBGM is being inconsiderate unfortunately. So I’ll ask again PUBGM tell me why the information I’ve provided is not approved? Why? What’s the reason? Please let me know as soon as possible. Also don’t come reply with this with “contact costumer service again” give me something which can actually help me with my problem Thanks.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.

the server cannot help with any ingame/account retrieval/unbanning. the only way is thru the games customer service. the server mods/staff team do not have that ability iirc

I got my account back after weeks of updating and emailing codm support.
I just needed to top up the remaining balance that I lacked.
ALL IS GOOD. GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK 😝
