odd lot Levi's info

I found a pair of odd lot Levi's on eBay and I'm curious if anyone knows anything about these. Still waiting for measurements from the seller but they're listed as high rise (12" or higher) and the leg opening seems p large.

Can't tell if it's more like 9" or 8.5"

The inside tag looks like pairs from what I think are from the 80s-90s (from my limited knowledge)
