Pubg mobile, my account was hacked but someone using recovery method i dont know how did he got it but unfortunate for me he got it what he want. I try to contect you via email, offical discord and also redit but still nothing. I also try to report this issue via in-game support but i got the same response "NOTHING". Please just tell me one thing that should i still trust PUBG MOBILE SUPPORT system that they will help me or should i forget about my account. The time the money i invested in this is just over is a matter of a few clicks by someone and now PUBG MOBILE SUPPORT cannot do anything about this. 14 days passed but still nothing, no respons form any side. Not email, not discord, not in-game, and not even redit. All those years and money now belong to someone else. Whose false claim was accepted by pubg mobile. I just want a simple response whether i sill have hope or should i just forget everything and delete this forever. Please responde to me this time. Thank you

If you have already contacted the customer service in-game or by e-mail, or created a post in the support subreddit, you will need to wait patiently for a response from them.
If your claim is rejected, you will receive a response about it, and if you still have not received any response, that means your claim is still under review or investigating....

I try to report in-game then they give you a tracking ID to track your request progress. Now when i try to track my request it says "NO DATA FOUND" and when i try to report again it says that you have a succesfull claim and now you claim again after 3 months
I don't even have the confermation email that if pubg is even trying to resolve my issue
