Please help me recover my account.
Guys how do I recover my account? I swear I didn't teamed up with a cheater. I think its because of the account of the friend of mine that got hacked by a hacker and that account got banned and they include the friends of that account and one of those account is mine. Please help me cause I've spend many days grinding and spending money for that account and its my only account. Please if someone know how to recover it immediately.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
