how to navigate the iris menu

the shader packs button is located on top
yes, i have foundt that one, but i cant scroll down the quality tab in the iris thingy to see all the settings
like you can see there is more, but i cant scroll down
iris didn't add any options on sodium quality settings

aah ok, but do you have any tips to improve fps aswell i have 900 without and 70 with
have you tried adjusting some settings?
no, just installed the solar, but i like the looks, but i dont like the fps
is there like any settings that chug my fps without mattering to much on the look side
is solar the mod or shader?
