Having someone else pay the bill
I'm developing a Discord bot for a server admin. we're considering using Railway to host it. I would be the one using the service and the admin wouldn't even touch it. I can't use my own card
the pro plan which allows sharing is way too expensive and overkill, the bot's for 1 private server and could prob run on 1/4th the hobby plan's hardware
the questions are:
1. if they create an account with a payment method then give it to me, is that allowed?
2. then would the billing menu only show me the 4 last digits of the card number as with most services?
3. their Github account is p much unused and was obviously not deemed active enough for the trial. will this be an issue even if they pay?

1. That is allowed, or you could be added as a contributor to the Railway project
