I don't know what to do anymore, I'm desperate
I need urgent help I don't know what to do anymore my account was hacked stolen no idea what exactly happened! Support tells me : We have checked if the previous customer service has submitted an appeal for you, and the current result is [Rejected]. On Reddit they also tell me that it's not my account! But it's my account that I created years ago and invested a lot of money in, but I can't get it back, I don't understand it, I'm totally desperate and don't know what else to do! Can you help me or do you have any advice for me? I can prove everything and prove that it is my account why does nobody help me anyway?

We recommend that you provide all the accurate and required details, and make sure to submit the request from a device that you use more often to log into your PUBG MOBILE account.
