Looking for wide flared/bootcut pants
I'd like to get a pair of black wide flared pants. Can be trousers or jeans. I tried Levis flared jeans instore yesterday and they're too skinny on the thigh for my liking, and not nearly as flared as I'd like them to be either.
Any recommendations under 100€ in Europe (France)?

Oh, i might have to check those out. Unfortunately the bootcuts I have right now are to slim along the lag which i only started to accept when the return window was already closed.
Do you know how high the rise on the orange tabs is?
Alternatively to those I have been considering womens jeans (unfortunately getting stuff in W36 gets difficult there, especially as half of the time W36 is not actually W36 but less)
There is a kind of A-Line cut that flares out from the hips and not from the knees, if you know what I mean?

Also getting the groovy guy in Europe will be a bit of a pain bc i have yet to find a store in the EU that has them
I have a vintage 517 silver tab (I believe) that fits my thighs but is right on the cusp of too tight. The only new men's flared jeans I've seen with big enough thighs are Kapital. But they're a much pricier option.
Their W36 has a 34'' waist

For these specific ones I would just go by waist measurements. Hip might be too roomy but returns are only like 2,50€ on wrangler jeans so you can always just try them on.

but the tighs were good for my beefy legs
ive got rlly small thighs so idk how they'd look on me
but yeah they look great
I mean you can always go the DIY route. Afaik the first flares were just straight cut jeans with a triangular insert at the inseam from the knee down. If you have the skills might be worth an experiment

they have more of an A-Line flare to them. I.e. the flare starts at the waist or hip and not at the knee
Technically wrangler also has the cowboy cut as a mens option but that is only mildly flared

Here’s 5 different pairs I’ve had over the course of like 6 years or so
@Leo (Yakkeks) my biggest complaint is that if you do physical activity they will absolutely wear out quickly—70s/80s Levi’s not exactly the greatest quality of all time. Tack on 30 something years or so and the quality worsens. That’s a benefit in a lot of ways (see: they look great) but it’s all fun and games til you bust a seam and you’re now slangin’ dong halfway through a work day
