The newest version of Distant Horizons appears to be incompatible with Iris.
I got this error message when trying to launch Minecraft with both Iris and Distant Horizons installed. Both work fine on their own.
I'm using Modrinth to launch the game and my mod loader is Fabric.

Downgrade dh
Either use DH 2.1.2 or use Iris and Sodium Alphas
