my account got hacked and i still have acess . The hacker linked his facebook but i have linked my google and my email , i went to do a claim but i dont know what to awnser becuse these 6 months i was almost inactive. There is a question there: in the past 6 months, which region did you log into the game most often ? what shoud i answer there ? can anyone help me with my case directly pleasee?

i made 2 claims but both got rejected
and also the customer service couldnt assist me for my account๐ญ
You should try to correctly answer as many questions as possible from your most used device.
Yes but I almost wasn't playing those 7 + and I sended them an email at pubg support and I described fully the situation with a lot of details of my gaming situation when i was playing and I attached 9 screenshots of my google account / email which account and email were linked to my account wayy before I get hacked and also I sended them my friend's older POV that he has me on he friendliest and the actually region of my account (because the other guy changed my region to Turkey and my name and my friend list) Also I have already done the claim ticket 2 times but both times got rejected because I dont know if that guy played the All-Talent-Championship or not and also I don't know in the past 6 months which who he was teaming most often.
And also I attached older moments of my account
And I got this awnser, I mean c'mon is any agent that can help me ??
Btw , why I can't post on the support channel ?
i think they blocked anyone from posting on that channel

2 times got rejected
because i couldn't awnser these 2 questions : "in the past 6 months , which teammates you teammed up with most ? " and "in the past 6 months , have you registered for the All-Tallent_Championship? " because i was almost inactive these 7+ months as i said before and i explained everything to them and i attched 9 screenshots from me and my account information that i have linked right now in the game before i get hacked.
i still have the google account linked and my email also
i explained them everything
i think i got this awnser from them because maybe an automatic system replied to me
