hotend keeps clogging in the heatsink
I have a blue hf rapido and orbiter 2,
It starts laying down layers beautifully, then about 3 to 4th layer I can hear it clicking and it's clogged in the blue heat sink, I can't figure it out. So was going to try another hotend I have that's new rapido uhf black. But when editing the cfg for the thermistor none of them work klipper keeps giving me a red error msg. So I don't know what to set it to to test it out. Everything is set to default settings in ratos 2.1 when I do the set up. I think the blue is a bad hot end .

That is a thermocouple not a thermistor. Not going to work with your toolboard.
Consistent clogging in the cold end strongly suggests your hotend fan (not the part cooling fan!) isn't working right
explains that then lol.
it comes on stays on once its over 50c
That is not a real 50c unless you are using something else to measure temperature.
mainsail
ill check it and swap it out thanks
What I mean is yes Mainsail reports 50C but because you are using the incorrect sensor you are seeing an incorrect temperature displayed
no the black hot end was the one i was going to swap it out and test it, i still have the blue HF rapido installed currently, it keeps getting clogged it uses the p10000 or what ever it is.
