Thinking about trying out a pair of big pants to get a vibe, budget around $50 and wanting to get secondhand. I saw some ebay filters by PTO

you're probably going to have difficulty finding a pair of pants like that secondhand. the drawstring hem at the bottom is more typical of fatigue pants which usually have cargo pockets and no pleats
for ebay in general, it might make sense to include the measurements in the search and click include description. such as "pleated pants (10,10.5,11) (12.5,13,13.5) (32,34,36)." the first numbers being the hem, the second the rise, and the third the waist
