Good evening, is it possible to configure my cloudflare ( Business plan ) so that if I send a request to a specific endpoint, it proxies from one static IP address?

You mean you want the origin connection to use a static Cloudflare IP? You cant on a business plan, you'd need a custom enterprise contract
