PF5, F has -1 charge so P will be +5 PH5, H has +1 charge so P will be -5

Yes u could say that, when H is with a non metal it’s charge is +1 and when it is with a metal it is -1 But I am not sure if it shows “metallic character” yes it looses electrons and forms cations like metals but dk if it shows any metallic charter
