- Kindly check whether you have safe listed these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com".
- Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
- Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
- Try to reset your password one time, and then try again.
