why can’t I receive verification codes to my email?
The code send to my mail when I tap obtain and when I enter the password it says suspicious activities

If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
1. Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
2. Kindly check whether you have safe listed these 2 email accounts, "[email protected]" and "[email protected]".
3. Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
4. Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
5. Try to reset your password one time, and then try again.
If the issue persists despite following the above steps, please contact the customer service through in-game for further assistance.
