I want to make a claim and pubg reddit tells me this

Your only option is to continue contacting the in-game customer service until they accept your claim.

The post that you previously created have been answered. You will be getting the same answer even if you continue creating new posts. If the in-game customer service keeps rejecting your claim, neither the Subreddit support will be able to assist you any further.
But I would like to know why I can't make more posts.
Literally my previous request was already attended to and they told me something to put the correct information
But now I'm putting the new information I have now.
But they just don't pay attention to me, they tell me the same comment.
