about half a year ago i gave my account information to my friend and recently i started to suspect that he wanted to steal my account, so i decided to change my email so that he wouldn't have access anymore, but he contacted support and somehow got access to the account. if you need more proof that this is my account, that i am the owner of any link that has ever been on the account, i can provide it to you.

Please be advised that every account is personal to the respective account holder and is prohibited from gifting, leading, trading, or otherwise permitting any other person to access or use other’s account as that is against PUBG MOBILE’s terms of service, therefore you are not allowed to share your game account to a different person.
In this case, we will not be able to assist you in any way as this is against the terms of service of PUBG MOBILE. Your only option is to contact the in-game customer service, you can try again after the cooldown ends....

Sharing or trading of game accounts is not allowed, and it is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
