Who knows why the first shade of green doesn't work?

I tried the two different green hit effect colour options. They look very similar but they are actually different colours. I am guessing this is the reason why you think the “light green” hit effect doesn’t work.

Because there is the previous one, it only shows me this one if I change it to 1
