8.2.04 is outdated for modern Iris (1.7.1 and above). Update to 8.2.09 or higher.

That explains why your GPU doesn't support that OpenGL extension.

yuh huh, shaders are NOT expected to work on pojav due to limitations of mobile hardware they may work, they may not, but they are not expected to

If you can code then remove the extension, the shader may work. Emphasis on may. There's a reason why BSL uses that extension, and removing it may do it harm. :linus:
