why my template shows 0% success deployment rate

I can deploy it and everything works. I interact with the bot on telegram and it is up. where there is "0% success on recent deploys". I can't figure out whre is the problem, How can I fix it? https://railway.app/template/a0ln90

Solution:

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.telegram.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /bot****/getMe (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7ff7f2af9610>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable'))

This is likely due to telegram blocking GCP IPs...
