I've never had issues with the QDAA mod. It shouldn't even touch rendering, just make your rendering resolution larger. Are you sure it is the QDAA mod doing this?
yeh
yes
So with just DH and QDAA, this happens, and with just DH, it does not?
yes, stripped everything down for debugging purposes
server:
distant horizons (nightly serverside commit #9b2429d3)
client:
distant horizons (nightly serverside commit #9b2429d3)
sodium 0.5.11
indium 1.0.34
with qdaa:
without qdaa:
minecraft version 1.20.1
it's a shame because qdaa really helps with the edges of far away terrain
What about without sodium and indium? Same effect?
i'll try
sadly yes
Wait I just looked at it again, and I might be stupid, but I don't see fog on either photo
With or without qdaa
i'm mainly talking about the cloud fog
Ooh right
I don't know, I guess James will have to take a look at this when he has time
thats even weirder
I'll ping James to bring it to his attention
@BackSun
What’s QDAA? I’ve never heard of it before.
Mod that scales up your resolution and then downscales it to get anti aliasing
Quite nice if you're not using shaders
yeh
I just pushed a fix.
you beauty, thanks a bunch
