Laptop recommendations for Bazzite
anyone use a laptop for bazzite that they can recommend me? i am looking for something as powerful as the steam deck, preferably with more than 32GB of RAM. AMD graphics preferred so i do not have issues with gamemode. I am aware that there are framework, asus, and surface specific images, but I am insure what models work the best. I was looking at lenovo laptops, but I am unsure which ones would give me the same smooth + issue-free experience as my Ryzen-based desktop
I wanted to keep this as a separate thread in case someone else starts browsing around for recommendations, it would be easier to find rather than scrolling through 1000+ bazzite channel messages.

if you have the budget framework probably have least problem, bluefin/aurora/bazzite is community compatible but other option i think lenovo thinkpad have decent linux support but also comes at premium compared to other lenovo lineup
i see so bazzite compatibility largely hinges on whether there is general linux support on the laptop itself? so in other words, any lenovo thinkpad will do?

not really, older hardware as long its not purposely locked should be works nicely with maybe some quirks, but official linux support are better because they actually made the driver officially and you can update firmware through lvfs for example lenovo thinkpad
