Trouble with adding server

Second time typing this, sorry if its short. Tried to add server, Got cannot query IP/Port error on BM Addserver webpage Searched here and Learn area for solution didn't find anything helpful. Checked to make sure I'm using correct DNS/IP/Port Tried with/without DNS Self Hosted Java/game required files are added to Firewall rules. Ports are forwarded People can query/connect via launcher. Sorry if I missed this somewhere else, thanks for any help. Pic is of query results in Minecraft launcher.
