You are using the nightly build, which is incompatible with iris. First, go to Dh's settings, advanced, auto updater and either disable the auto updater, or change the branch to stable. After that, reinstall DH, but use a stable version.
You also need to install a version of fabric api that is for 1.21
The one you have is for 1.21.1
And you also need to install fabric for 1.21 instead of 1.21.1 as this version is not supported yet
