How do I stop raw hem pants from flaring/flattening
I cut the hem off these jeans and now they flare out around the ankle instead of being round. The fabric is pretty light so maybe that's part of the issue. Cuffing them twice makes it better so maybe I could add something to weigh them down? Has anyone dealt with this?

They seem fine to me tbh I’m not sure what you’re referring to
This usually happens with a raw hem, just learn to embrace it - it looks fine
I know that its normal and looks fine but I'm still looking for suggestions on how to fix it
if the fabric is light enough, you can tape the inside cuff
i think ironing/starching at the hem would help
that said lightweight fabric has a tendency to curl when cut (same with t-shirts made of cotton) so it might not be a permanent fix
