No access to the website
My name is Serhio, I'm a marketer at a logistics company. Our website was created in 2020 on the hosting platform https://www.cloudflare.com/. Its domain is rtminc.us. At the moment, no one in the company knows the email, password, or the people who previously managed the site. It so happened that access to the site has been lost forever and we need to delete it. We found out that it's hosted on https://www.cloudflare.com/. Could you please advise what can be done in my situation?

Cloudflare's most used feature is a proxy service so it's entirely likely that the site is not hosted at Cloudflare but is simply proxied by it
?account-recovery
These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.
If you know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password
If you know the email and have 2FA or email delivery issues: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
If you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email
^these are the only account recovery methods, if those don't work you'll have no choice but to create a new account from scratch
Thank you. Are there perhaps ways to delete or block the website? We're planning to create a new one anyway, but we need to remove the old one completely
Do you have access to the domain registrar?
No
Then no you can't do anything to stop it being hosted. You'd need access to either the registrar, the Cloudflare account, or if its using the proxy, an account where its hosted
according to a quick whois search, the registrar is GoDaddy
since .us has no whois privacy you can also use a whois lookup to pull the personal information about the person who registered it
Oh, thank you! I'll try to contact them.
