Incorrectly saying I have unpaid invoices when creating a new website.
I have an ongoing issue for over a month. When I try to add a new website and select the free plan, the following message appears in red in the notification toast popup. It is impossible to setup a new domain as a result. I have an open ticket with Cloudflare support, #01007138, however have received no response.
You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each "Unpaid" invoice on your Billing page and click the "Pay online" link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)

Please note, that on the Billing page it shows all invoices as paid. I also am not aware of any unpaid invoices whatsoever. The issue just happened about 1.5 months ago, and am unable to resolve. Please help!
How long ago did you open the ticket?
I opened a ticket originally 1.5 months ago. It had no response. I have opened a second ticket #01007138 on the 2nd August... 15 days ago. It also has had no response.
Opening multiple tickets for the same issue isnt usually advised but given there was a ticket migration recently that may have caused issues it may make sense in some situations
The previous ticket was closed without any feedback
I phoned the sales line on Friday last week, and they promised me someone would call back yesterday with an update. I haven't received any feedback on this ticket and I'm still unable to set up a new domain.
According to the cloudflare site, all invoices have been fully paid. I was aware that they had issues with false billing reports, but this was apparently resolved over a week ago, yet I still have this issue.
They've just tried to close this new ticket saying it's fixed. It's not fixed. Still no response.
