Need Advice on Denim Sizing and Fit

I recently purchased my first pair of Fullcount Dartford 0105 denim jeans and I’m seeking advice on their sizing and fit.

I’m 174 cm / 84 kg. I typically wear a size 34 (for example, the LVC 55501 rinsed in size 34 fits me well). Based on the measurements, I sized up to a 35 for these jeans.
I absolutely love the washing on these jeans. The overall fit looks great except in the hip area, particularly around the crotch, which feels a bit tight.
I’m wondering if I should continue wearing them, hoping they’ll stretch out over time. Alternatively, should I exchange them for a size 36? Would that make a difference? Or should I simply return them because they might not fit my body type?
What are your thoughts?

They won’t really stretch in the areas you want them to unfortunately
Full Count’s denim stretches a lot, at least in the raw state, not sure about the pre-distressed ones. However, that big diagonal line across your crotch tells me that even so these probably would not stretch enough for you, especially in the needed areas
If you’re going to wear looser pants, may as well size up and let them be comfortable
