You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

The headquarters of PUBG Mobile is located in Shenzhen, China, at the Tencent Binhai Building, Nanshan District, 518057 Shenzhen, Guangdong. You will need to go there in person to present all the necessary documents.
Here’s what is required:
Identification (national ID card or passport)
Proof of residence
Any relevant legal personal information
By traveling to the headquarters, you will need to hand over these documents in person. They will take photos and videos of you as well as your documents for archiving purposes. You will then have the opportunity to discuss the issue that led to the suspension of your account. If all the information provided is correct and verified, and if you have spent more than $2,000 to $5,000 on your account, they may consider lifting the suspension.
However, be aware that in the future, any violation of the terms of use could result in the permanent deletion of your account. Furthermore, by signing a document on-site, you agree to the stipulated conditions. If you break the rules again, this could lead to legal action.
This is how I managed to get my account unblocked. I took the initiative to travel to China to resolve the situation. If you wish to recover your account, it is up to you to decide whether to follow this process.
