Clouds won't turn off on some shaders
I can't get the default vanilla clouds to turn off, even though they're set to "off" in both the default video settings and shader settings. I'm using iris for neoforge 1.21 ver. 1.8. So far I've noticed it on Complementary and BSL.

Are you using Distant Horizons? It added a new vanilla cloud layer in 2.1.3 that shaders have to overwrite, or you can disable in DH’s config
