Need a good Fork for 1.8.8 Bedwar server.

1 . Server tps problem I am using paper 1.8 jar but tps is not stable on server. TPS drops when 7 to 8 players join together. need solution https://spark.lucko.me/I5LxkNbCMX 2 . Ispigot problem I used Ispigot for a while but had some problems with that so shifted to paper. Armor stands were seen on various generators at Ispigot. The fireball and Tnt behavior, kb has some problem like if it works well once in a match it doesn't work well twice. I hope to get a good paper fork and knockback config from you guys.
