I want to contact a game advisor or support, because I have made 2 attempts to recover an account and they only give me negative responses.
It happens that I had a pubg account with the ID: 5125609153, which I accessed through my FaceBook account, said account no longer exists and it is impossible for me to access my account.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
