Account issue.

My account was hacked by someone. I don't remember the date. After my account was hacked I got so sad that I deleted the game and thought that I will never return to the game. But then I learned that you can file claim to recover your account, so I did and it was successful. Then I tried logging into the account but it was banned. Can you guys please please unban my account, I had uc in it and it's my original account. Please let me know. Account ID- 5471717689 login method- email.

Solution:

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension. If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
