No response from support for 9 days. Cannot purchase more seats for Zero Trust Access.

Hi, I am a Cloudflare investor and a cloudflare paying customer. Recently, I tried to increase to purchase more seats for Cloudflare's Zero Trust product. I am used to purchasing additional seats as we grow. For example If I require +5 more seats, I will key in 5. However, there is a UI change which asked me for TOTAL seats and I keyed in 5 too. And resulted in decreasing my total seats to 5 from 50. So I tried again to make another purchase within the dashboard, however, the "Purchase" button grays out and nothing happens. No error, no nothing. I looked into the Network tab in the Inspector and I see that the XHR request for the purchase failing with an error 409. I have opened up a ticket since 29th July but to no response. It is now 7th August. I talked to the sales team but all they seem interested in doing is to upsell me to Enterprise plan just so that I can have this problem fixed. My ticket (case number 01009187) is simply untouched with no responses. All my internal sites are now down to new employees, and potentially to all employees but 5 members. We have been early Cloudflare customers since you guys were born. How can I get a swift response for this issue?

Did you get this resolved? Stories like this are scaring me off recommending CF ZT as an option to consider for our ZT
