My mate gave me his account cause he was quiting. Lost my device and my pubg account got hacked with it as well. I have recovered my phone details but my pubg account is gone and I have the data for it. I would like to claim it back please so kindly help me get it back pubg mobile devs. I heard it’s faster from here so here I am pleading

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.

I filed in game claim but now it shows NO RECORD
When i try to login wait my email or phone number then an error pops up
@mgr I made a claim 2 days ago in the main menu but pubg hasn’t replied me for 2 days now and i don’t know if they missed my request. Please help me find out what the issue is cuz I submitted all the file required to file claim my stolen account. Normally pubg replies before 24 hours but now we on day 3 with no response help !!
